My Nourish Kitchen is a curated food box delivery service bringing restaurant quality dining to your home. My Nourish Kitchen is brought to you by The Nourish Group.
Our team of Chefs curate a new menu every week from our most loved dishes across local restaurants. Each week we receive all orders by midnight Friday and deliver to your door the following Tuesday. You can choose the box that’s right for you depending on how many dishes and people in your home.
You’ll receive all the necessary ingredients, including pre-prepared signature sauces and accompaniments, as well as easy step by step instructions. Each box includes delicious dishes from New Zealand’s iconic restaurants including Euro Bar & Restaurant, SOUL Bar & Bistro, Jervois Steak House, Andiamo, Shed 5, Pravda, and The Crab Shack.
We offer both. You can choose to order a one-off My Nourish Kitchen box or subscribe to a regular order. We offer a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly subscription options. You can cancel, modify, or pause your subscription anytime within your account.
About My Nourish Kitchen boxes

A Mini Nourish Kitchen Box includes 2 dishes
A Regular Nourish Kitchen Box includes 3 dishes
A Deluxe Nourish Kitchen Box includes 4 dishes
All our boxes are available for either two or four people.
All of our dishes are designed with the minimum amount of staple ingredients required. You will receive a list of staple ingredients in your box but you can expect these are items such as oil, salt and pepper.
New menus are available each week once orders have been cut off, to see what dishes are available in the latest menu check under the ‘Latest Menu’ section on our website.
Our dishes are prepared in a kitchen that contains eggs, shellfish, dairy, nuts, soy, gluten, allium, and alcohol. This means that unfortunately we're not able to cater to all dietary requirements for My Nourish Kitchen boxes currently.
We don’t currently offer vegetarian or vegan boxes, however some dishes within our boxes are vegetarian.
We recommend cooking all your dishes within four days of receiving your order. Our My Nourish Kitchen boxes are insulated with ice packs so during delivery your box is chilled. You should store your labeled items in the fridge as soon as you receive your order to maintain quality.
Ordering & Delivery
All orders received before midnight on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
All My Nourish Kitchen boxes are delivered on Tuesday, Auckland orders are delivered from 3pm, and Wellington orders are delivered before midday. This applies for all orders received by midnight Friday the week prior.
My Nourish Kitchen is currently available for Auckland and Wellington delivery for select post codes. To see if your post code is eligible for delivery, you can check this within the cart page in the check-out process.
If your postcode is within our shipping zone and is eligible for delivery, shipping is included in the prices shown online. If there are any additional shipping costs these will be clearly communicated to you within the shipping section in the check-out process.
All orders for a Tuesday delivery are finalised after cut off on midnight on the prior Friday. Orders placed after the Friday cut off will fall into the next delivery cycle.
All orders are delivered on a Tuesday. We don’t currently have an option for orders to be delivered outside of our Tuesday delivery day.
You will need to contact us to cancel an order. Please forward or reply to your order confirmation email to email@example.com with your cancellation request. Please see our Returns Policy for further information on cancellations.
Your order can be cancelled up until Friday at 11:59pm, all orders received by midnight Friday will be processed.
We don’t currently accept Nourish Group Gift Cards as form of payment for My Nourish Kitchen box purchases. However, you can use your Nourish Group gift cards in our restaurants across the Nourish Group, for more information on Nourish Group Gift cards visit our Nourish Group website.
We offer refunds in accordance to our Returns Policy, which you can view here.
