We can offer a refund or credit if the following situation were to occur with your My Nourish Kitchen order:
- Incorrect My Nourish Kitchen order is delivered
- Damaged or missing items or ingredients
- Poor quality ingredients
- Delivery errors out of the customer’s control
Please note that refunds will not be processed for accidental orders or change of mind.
My Nourish Kitchen may request photographs as part of your refund request.
If the above occurs with your order please contact us using your order reference number at email@example.com or by phone 09 307 0754.
You must notify My Nourish Kitchen by email or phone within 24 hours of the delivery being made. Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund or credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.
We may not be able to refund any consumed or disposed of My Nourish Kitchen boxes.
Please allow up to 10 working days to process your refund.
For orders that require to be returned, please address these to: Returns at Euro Bar & Restaurant. Shed 22 Princes Wharf, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010.
Please pack the item/items securely in the original packaging that was provided. All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (if possible) to receive full refund.
No Cancellations after the order cut off time, which is midnight Friday, prior to your delivery date.
Our team start preparing boxes after the order cut off time. Once the dishes for your My Nourish Kitchen box have started to be prepared, we are unable to accept cancellations after this point.
