Food Safety

Food preparation for My Nourish Kitchen boxes are prepared in a kitchen that contains eggs, dairy, nuts, seafood, soy, gluten, lupin and sulphites. Though best practices are used in preparing the My Nourish Kitchen boxes, inadvertent cross-contamination may occur. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of these allergens.

Currently we are unable to make dietary or customised requests to you My Nourish Kitchen boxes but we hope to be able to in the future.

Our My Nourish Kitchen boxes contents come chilled with cold packs, however it's important that you get the relevant food items into the fridge immediately upon receiving deliver to help guarantee their quality and safety.

Please ensure you follow the guidance on preparation and cooking of your dishes, including the order in which you consume these dishes as some ingredients items need to be consumed quicker than others.

 

COVID-19

The health and well-being of our staff, guests and surrounding communities is our number one priority.

We are following advice from the New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industries to minimise risk of exposure to COVID-19 throughout all operations for My Nourish Kitchen boxes.

To assure our guests when ordering your My Nourish Kitchen box, here are some of the actions we have taken to protect our staff, guests, and partners such as delivery drivers:

  • Increased levels of hygiene and cleanliness of our workplaces, and
  • Enhanced cleaning and sanitisation protocols before, during, and after each working shift
  • Appropriate physical distancing (where possible)
  • Use of protective personal equipment (PPE)

We are closely monitoring the advice provided by Ministry for Primary Industries and will update our pandemic response plan and our precautions accordingly.
